How it works: Your monthly fee smooths out work that happens in concentrated bursts. We make short monthly touchpoints (like water softener salt) and bundle the bigger jobs into Spring and Fall service days — so your home gets a full year of care without you tracking a single task. Most tasks are completed once or twice a year, scheduled for when it's best to do them.
Member add-ons: Solar panel cleaning, deep cleans, post-construction cleanup, and STR turnovers — all available to members at preferred rates.
